Okay, so maybe cows aren’t going to teach you anything about social media. But Sylvia Burgos Toftness is so crazy about them that she launched both a grass-fed beef operation and a blog to share all the lessons she is learning.

In addition to producing a rich array of written content for her farming blog, called Bronx to Barn, Sylvia conducts video interviews with agricultural experts to include whenever she meets them. She also produces a weekly radio show call Deep Roots.
